- Waterproofing and damp proofing is Rubber Sealant Liquid Rubber only. We do not sell or install torch-on, and we do not do injection damp courses.
- We do not remove or dispose of asbestos. Where a roof carries asbestos sheeting we encapsulate it, or tell you it is past sealing.
- Structural repairs, roof sheet replacement, electrical and plumbing work fall outside a paint scope. We flag them at the quote rather than paint over them.
- Rain and the Cape wind affect exterior programmes. We build weather days in.
