A proper contractor should be honest about what a service can and cannot do. These are the things we will always flag.
- Rising damp, blocked cavity drains and structural cracking may require specialist repair before painting.
- Where existing coatings are failing at the substrate level, full stripping may be required at additional cost.
- Weather-sensitive: application windows depend on temperature, humidity and forecast rain.
