The usual problem

We survey the site against the identity spec, confirm colours and finishes in writing, and programme the work into after-hours and weekend windows so the floor and workshop keep running. Showroom walls, ceilings, feature walls, columns and reception areas are done in complete panels between edges so there are no joins mid-wall. Workshop areas get durable, washable systems built for oil, dust and cleaning rather than showroom finishes that will not survive. Forecourt walls, canopies, signage surrounds and boundary work are scheduled so the frontage is presentable at opening every morning. Honest limits
What we will tell you up front.
A proper contractor should be honest about what a service can and cannot do. These are the things we will always flag.
- Signage manufacture, illuminated fascia work, shopfitting, flooring and electrical are separate trades. We coordinate with them rather than claim them.
- We match a specified colour to the brand's stated reference. Where a spec sheet is unavailable or out of date, we say so in writing before painting rather than guess.
- Waterproofing and damp proofing is Rubber Sealant Liquid Rubber only. No torch-on, no injection damp courses.
- Workshop floor coatings and trafficked epoxy floor systems are outside our scope.
- Qualifying Rubber Sealant® systems may carry a 13-year manufacturer product guarantee, subject to manufacturer inspection, specification, application, certification and maintenance conditions.
