Our Process
Seven steps from first enquiry to workmanship handover.
The same process runs from a quick interior repaint to a full body-corporate programme. Nothing skipped. Nothing hidden.
- 1
Enquiry
You send us the basics of your property, what you have noticed and what you would like to achieve. We reply, ask a few practical questions and book a time.
- 2
On-site inspection
We walk the property, look at the actual substrate, note the real defects and take the photos we need. Diagnosis first, product second.
- 3
Written quotation and scope
You receive a written quote that spells out exactly what is included, which system is being used and where the limits of the work sit. No vague line items.
- 4
Preparation
Cleaning, repairs, crack treatment, priming, protection of surrounding areas. This is where most of the work actually happens, and where cheap quotes cut corners.
- 5
Application
The specified system is applied to specification: coat count, film build, recoat times, detailing at edges and penetrations. Anything less voids the guarantee.
- 6
Quality check
We walk the work with our own eyes before you see it: snag list, corrections, detailing, clean-up. The site should look better than we found it.
- 7
Handover and guarantee
You walk the work with us. You receive workmanship guarantee documentation and, where applicable, the paperwork that supports the manufacturer product guarantee.
